Line Dance: Weds at 10.30 - 11.30 am
Seated Dance: Thurs at 2 - 2.30 pm (all ages welcome)
Learn dance steps from our experienced instructors, and enjoy included tea, coffee & biscuits - all levels of experience very welcome. All Over 50s sessions are £5 and Seated Dance is £4, including tea & biscuits and all are held at our purpose-built dance studio inside Ocean Terminal centre (Leith, EH6 6JJ).

DANCE FIESTA: MON 2.30 - 3.15 pm
Learn moves from dance styles such as latin and disco! Class from 2.30 - 3.15pm, with tea, coffee and biscuits before class at 2pm. £5 per session, drop-in with no need to book.
JAZZ: tues 2 - 2.45 pm
Taught by Chloe, learn jazz dance steps from Broadway jazz to the Charleston, and build them into short choreographies each week. Dance class from 2 - 2.45pm, with tea, coffee & biscuits before class from 1.30pm. Drop-in (no need to book or commit to a term), £5 per session.
LINE DANCE: WEDS 10.30 - 11.30 AM
Join our weekly Line Dancing sessions led by the fantastic Sandra and dance fun, upbeat routines to country music, pop and everything in between. Dance class from 10.30-11.30am, followed by tea, coffee and biscuits after class. Drop-in (no need to book), £5 per session.
SEATED DANCE: THURS 2 - 2.30 PM (ALL AGES)
Taught by Chloe, this gentle class is designed to be flexible: adapt the moves and choreography to your energy and mobility levels, whether that means focusing on the upper body, incorporating some leg movement, or just enjoying the music. Dance class from 2 - 2.30pm, followed by tea, coffee and biscuits after class, £4 per session (accompanying carers free) - all ages are welcome at this class.
