SUMMER SHOW 2026

Doors open: 1.30 pm

Show: 2 - 5 pm (with interval)

Join us for a relaxed, fun day of dance performances where hundreds of our young people aged 3 to 18, from our preschoolers to our Youth Dance Companies, will take to the stage to showcase their skills in hip hop, breaking, commercial dance, musical theatre and more, while some of our adult dancers will take part with Hip hop, Commercial, AfroFusion, Jazz, Waacking and Popping!  Take a seat, or bring a picnic blanket and cushions, make yourself comfortable and enjoy the show!

To take part as a child dancer:

All of our kids classes (except Toddlers and Minis) work towards the show, from Preschool to Secondary school!  Taking part is totally optional though, and if anyone is unable to make the show or would rather not be on stage, that's totally fine too and they can still take part in all classes as usual.  Children will all receive sign-up emails at the beginning of Spring-Summer term, and must be registered as taking part in the show by 11th May at the latest. All registered children will receive full show information during the first few weeks of term!

To take part as an adult dancer:

If you'd like to be in the 2026 summer show, simply attend the classes listed below for each dance style (or as many of them as you can), where you'll learn a section of the performance piece each week, and each class will have a final rehearsal during June, with times tbc with participants.

If you'd like to perform at the show, please drop us an email or chat to us at reception to let us know which pieces you'd like to be in, so we can keep you updated!

Hip hop: Thursdays on 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th May & 4th, 11th June

AfroFusion: Saturdays on 16th, 30th May & 6th June

Popping: Saturdays on 23rd, 30th May & 6th June

Waacking: Saturdays on 23rd May & 13th June + 2 rehearsals tbc

Commercial: beginners Classes on 27th May & 3rd June + Workshop 14th June

Over 50s Jazz: Tuesdays through May & June

Over 50s Line Dance: Wednesdays through May & June
