ALL-STYLES SESSIONS:
--- Saturdays 6-8pm: All-styles, FREE
--- plus Cypher Sessions every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month, 6-7pm - learn freestyle techniques with various instructors, all welcome (check Instagram stories for teachers) - see video below!

BREAKING SESSIONS:

***Please note: under 16s at Monday & Saturday sessions must be accompanied by an adult - see below. For Friday's Breaking session, anyone age 13+ is welcome and Friday sessions are facilitated (not taught) by Ilja (PVGed) - but please check Instagram stories for changes or updates

Our weekly practice sessions at the studio are open to all - no need to book, just come along! During these sessions, the studio is open for anyone to practice, do their own thing, or exchange with others.
Monday & Friday sessions are for breakers, while Saturday's all-styles practice is open to all, including hip hop, breaking, popping, locking, house, commercial, kpop, etc! On the first and third Saturday of each month, part of the all-styles practice at 6-7pm is our Cypher Session - learn freestyle techniques from experienced instructors. See the video below for what a cypher session is like!
Please note that Monday and Saturday sessions aren't led (other than the Cypher Sessions), therefore any under-16s attending should be accompanied by a responsible adult (we have a seating area available with a viewing window into the studio).
Friday sessions are facilitated by Ilja (PVG certified) and anyone aged 13 and over is welcome to join these sessions, and get some guidance and feedback on practice. Teens are free to arrive and leave on their own.
